Quality of Life – Sustainability Report
The Quality of Life Sustainability Report is an extension of RTD’s Quality of Life Study, a multi-year monitoring program that began in 2006 to evaluate the progress toward meeting the FasTracks Program goals. The same year that the Quality of Life Study began, the RTD Board of Directors also adopted a FasTracks Sustainability Policy. This report is inspired by this policy but expands the area of focus from the FasTracks Program to the entire RTD service area.
